As a racer we have a high demand for healthiness in eating well, working out and getting the right mindset for races. It is important that in order to come back stronger we all take safety precautions to help flaturn the curve of the spread and stay safe from the covid-19 (coronavirus) pandemic.

- Eat healthy fruits for breakfast
- Get enough sleep
